Ingredients

A warming, metabolic-boosting herbal ketchup with deep umami tones and digestive fire.

🍅 Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp miso

  • 1/3 cup tomato paste

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or blackstrap molasses

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

  • Dash cayenne pepper

  • 1/8 tsp ginger powder

  • Pinch of paprika

  • Dash of mace

  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp mustard

  • Pinch of sea salt

🔥 Ritual Use:

  • Perfect with roasted root veggies, ancient grain patties, (hasbrowns(:or as a dipping sauce for teff fries.
