1/3 cup tomato paste
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp maple syrup or blackstrap molasses
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp black pepper
Dash cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp ginger powder
Pinch of paprika
Dash of mace
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp mustard
Pinch of sea salt
🔥 Ritual Use:
Perfect with roasted root veggies, ancient grain patties, (hasbrowns(:or as a dipping sauce for teff fries.
Pair with turmeric tea or warm lemon water post-meal.
