  • Lassi (Traditional Ayurvedic Yogurt Drink)

  • Cooling, balancing, digestive, and dosha-specific.

  • 🍯

  • Base Ingredients:

  • 1 cup homemade or organic plain yogurt

  • ½ cup filtered water or herbal infusion (like fennel, rose, or cumin)

  • Pinch of salt (essential for digestion)

  • Optional: 1–2 tsp sweetener (maple, jaggery, or honey)

  • Sweet Lassi (Kapha-Pitta)

  • Yogurt + rosewater + soaked apricot + cardamom + maple

  • Blend & serve cool with petals or pistachio crumble

  • Spiced Digestive Lassi (Vata-Kapha)

  • Yogurt + cumin + ginger + fennel + pinch of black salt

  • Great before or after meals; blend until frothy

  • Fruit Lassi (Pitta-Sacral Chakra)

  • Yogurt + mango or soaked dates + saffron + turmeric

  • Add coconut milk for creaminess; sprinkle nutmeg or lime zest
