1 cup homemade or organic plain yogurt
½ cup filtered water or herbal infusion (like fennel, rose, or cumin)
Pinch of salt (essential for digestion)
Optional: 1–2 tsp sweetener (maple, jaggery, or honey)

Sweet Lassi (Kapha-Pitta)
Yogurt + rosewater + soaked apricot + cardamom + maple
Blend & serve cool with petals or pistachio crumble

Spiced Digestive Lassi (Vata-Kapha)
Yogurt + cumin + ginger + fennel + pinch of black salt
Great before or after meals; blend until frothy

Fruit Lassi (Pitta-Sacral Chakra)
Yogurt + mango or soaked dates + saffron + turmeric
Add coconut milk for creaminess; sprinkle nutmeg or lime zest
