2 tbsp date paste or coconut sugar
1 tbsp nut butter or melted coconut oil
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of cardamom or nutmeg (optional)
Glaze (Optional):
1 tbsp coconut cream or yogurt
1 tsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp vanilla
