  • 1/4 cup plant milk (almond, coconut, or oat)

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar

  • Filling:

  • 2 tbsp date paste or coconut sugar

  • 1 tbsp nut butter or melted coconut oil

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • Pinch of cardamom or nutmeg (optional)

  • Glaze (Optional):

  • 1 tbsp coconut cream or yogurt

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
