People say: āOh, one bite wonāt hurt.ā
āJust eat it, itās around.ā
āItās not that big of a deal.ā
But I know better.
I know what happens when you normalize fake food. I know what it feels like to binge on boxes of ājust one biteā crackers, cereals, candies, thinking it didnāt matter ā until my body was wrecked and my soul was aching.
Fake food isnāt neutral. Itās designed to addict you, deplete you, and keep you coming back.
So no, I donāt acknowledge it anymore. I donāt let it into my home, my body, my retreats, or my circle. It doesnāt deserve my attention, my energy, or my money.
šæ Food Is More Than Calories
When you choose food, youāre choosing energy. Youāre choosing to align with either life or death.
Real food ā grown, sprouted, cooked with care ā heals, uplifts, preserves.
Fake food ā processed, branded, boxed ā numbs, drains, destroys.
Itās not ājust a cracker.ā Itās a contract. And Iāve ripped mine up.
⨠The Fire in My Work
Thatās why my retreats, my cooking, my consultations look so different. I donāt offer compromises. I donāt put out bowls of chips just to make people comfortable.
Instead, I set the table with life: ancient grains, living water, herbs that balance, proteins that restore, and fruits that remind you food was always meant to be a gift.
When you eat with me, you donāt walk away addicted. You walk away free.
š Closing
Some people think this is extreme. I think itās love.
Because real love doesnāt hand you poison with a smile and say, ājust a little wonāt hurt.ā
Real love says: āI wonāt let you settle for fake when you deserve what is real.ā
So let the fake burn. Let it vanish from your life without acknowledgment. And let your body remember what it feels like to be fed, not fooled.
